NAS – KING’S DISEASE

What I truly love about this project is that Nas not only came with his dope ass flows, but he brought such a upbeat vibe special thanks to the producer, Hit-Boy!! This Black powered filled album includes dope features with Big Sean, Charlie Wilson, Don Toliver, Lil Durk, and even The Firm. For those youngins who may not know who The Firm is….it’s includes Foxy Brown, AZ, and Cormega!!!

I am sooo geeked!!! I have been waiting see Mulatto come with a album for over a year now! After winning Jermaine Dupri’s rapper contest, it seemed as if Mulatto wasn’t going to blow up, but she proved us wrong! This project is very lit, and is very entertain-able!

Hey Goodies!!! I hope everyone’s week was great or if not….be blessed you have made it through it!!! This week of new releases are LIT!!! We got a new release from Paid In Full rapper Rakim. We also have Paid In Full rapper Rakim’s son who released a new project. Lil Keed and NLE Choppa have also step to plate with some fire music. Lil Baby and Rod Wave are following in the steps of other well known artist by re-releasing their most recent albums with added music then repackaging them as deluxe albums. Popcaan coming through with riddems, while Tobe Nwigwe making sure he keeps are heads spinning with not only dope lyricism, but hitting topics that should be on the forefront of the news!

I feel that these are all the ingredients to add for a fine dinner of fresh music!!! Oh and do not forget to check your girl out! I have fresh and new content up on 216 The Beat radio channel on Youtube called Tina with the Tea!!!!!

It’s knew it was about time for Amine to drop another album!! I think it’s been since 2017!!!! Please believe that not only is the wait over, but it was well worth the wait. This sophomore album sounds like he really took his time and even made a very good dedication to the recently deceased ex NBA player, Kobe Bryant. Overall, this is a great album with a lot of feel good tracks with dope lyricism to top it off!

DABABY – BLAME IT ON BABY (DELUXE)

So DaBaby decided to follow the theme of 2020 which is re-release your album , but make it a deluxe album! Honestly…I’m liking a lot of the new songs added to the deluxe album vs the original! I swear DaBaby is not going anywhere no time soon!

I swear Lil Keed is my favorite out of Young Thugs crew of slimes. The project Keed dropped last year was super dope even though I had to get used to his voice…you can tell he was speaking on some ish! Trust and believe that this project will provide extra bump in ya ride!!!

NLE CHOPPA – TOP SHOTTA

NLE Choppa came thru on this project! I can say that literally every song will have you bobbin your head continuously! If he stays clear from trouble I believe that he will have a successful career.

POPCAAN – FIXTAPE

If you are looking for some feel good music with some reggae feel…this album will give you that fix! Popcaan goes in on this album, even Drake is featured on this blazing album.

ROD WAVE – PRAY 4 LOVE (DELUXE)

I see the formula for re-releasing albums with additional songs by which makes the project a deluxe version. Like Dababy, I like the songs a little more that was added onto the original album. I personally enjoy Rod Wave’s music for he makes music that you can feel, and this project is something his fans will definitely enjoy.

I am truly excited on how Barlos Montana is staying consistent with releasing out material. His style is something different than any other artist coming out of Cleveland for being different can always set him apart from the others. While this Ep only contained 3 tracks….I can say it has me anticipating for more!

To see that one of my favorite singers/actresses finally released some new music I was totally ecstatic!!! It literally been 8 years since she has released anything new! This new album starts off a little slow, but once you get to song 6 the album starts to come live LOL overall I am elated to hear her voice again and I hope she continues to bless us with her music.

As we approach the month of February, it is time for us to celebrate Black History Month. In celebration of this time, Google has made a video highlighting the most searched videos of Black history makers!!!

To be acknowledged for doing anything great in America as a Black American is very far and few. I totally salute Google for changing the regime, and showing America that they see us LOUD, CLEAR, and in 3D!!!

Google briefly explains the reasoning behind this video:

“This Black History Month, we’re celebrating some of #TheMostSearched moments and individuals in America. To find them, we used U.S.-based Google Trends Data to identify Black American achievements that were searched more than any others between January 1, 2004 – when U.S. Search Data first became available – and July 1, 2019. Here’s to the history makers and all those they continue to inspire”
