JUICY J – THE HUSTLE CONTINUES

Juicy J always stays grinding out dope music that seems to stand the test of time, for everybody loves sampling Three Six Mafia beats! This project right here is really LIT. I love how Juicy stays evolving with the times, but will remind you who started this. Juicy comes thru with a star rated cast featuring: Wiz Khalifa, Lil Baby, 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, Logic and others!! Rated: 8 out of 10

LIL WAYNE – NO CEILINGS 3

I was so surprised to find out that Lil Wayne was releasing a No Ceilings 3 today, my ass was too thirsty to hear it! Now I surely didn’t plan for the mixtape to come out at 9pm!!!! Lol Needless to say that my ass did wait and I am so not disappointed!!! This mixtape is definitely a bop! Rated: 10 out of 10

NEFERTITTI AVANI – OH, OK

Nefertitti Avani is a jewel that I think is underrated in this industry! Young, beautiful, smart, and woke is what I view her as, and her music reflects that! On this new project, you can tell that Nefertitti has evolved has an entertainer. I love the samples you hear that are very reminiscent of the 90’s or early 00’s. One of my favorite tracks is “Keep The Lights On”. Rated 9 out of 10

TINASHE – COMFORT & JOY EP

Tinashe, another dope artist, to whom I think is definitely underrated in this game, is now presenting us with her first Xmas album. The feeling of the album is overall great! Tinashe didn’t over do it on the ep, but gave her own Tinashe style to it. Rating: 7 out of 10

STATIK SELEKTAH – THE BALANCING ACT

I have not heard from Statik Selektah in a long time, and to see that he has blessed us with some dope music has me in awe!! I am talking about great music with great production and great features that I do not want to name because it is so many! Wait…I’ll mention one…NAS!!!! This is definitely a must listen. Rating: 9 out of 10

YOUNGS TEFLON – CALL OF DUTY 3

The energy of this project has you feeling like you are in a Call of Duty game, and I am guessign that is the point of this project! Youngs Teflon lyrical flow is hitting on every track. Rating: 8 out of 10

LIL YACHTY – LIL BOAT 3.5

Lil Yachty decided to join the deluxe crew for the year, and I am ready to thank his ass for this!! I don’t know if its just me, but I think he changed the whole cadence of Lil Boat 3. This is definitely worth a listen. Rating: 9 out of 10

RYLO RODRIGUEZ – G.I.H.F.

I was surprised to see that his project finally came out today! Congratulations on Rylo’s first album. So far I am liking what I hear. Rylo is one of those rappers whose voice makesn you feel as if he’s been thru so much in his short life with dope ass beats to follow. Definitely a must listen!! Rating: 8 out of 10

MILEY CYRUS – PLASTIC HEARTS

I can not lie…I like this album! It’s giving me vintage feelings, but overall this is a dope album with quite a few bops on it to sing along to. One thing I am learning about Miley is that she is always evolving and with each evolvement she brings out great music for her fans. Rating: 8 out 10

I swear 2021 will be Bad Bunny’s year! He seems to be featured on alot of albums, and now he has released his own project that is super lit! Rating: 9 out of 10

I like Stunna 4Vegas music!!!! I swear it’s a certain type of energy that comes with his music, and that’s exactly what you will be getting from this new project. Very few features that include: DaBaby, Ola Runt, Toosii and Murder Beatz that help assist to add the flava on this dope project! Rating: 7 out of 10

JIM JONES – EL CAPO DELUXE

This album makes me feel as if Jim Jones is starting to make adult contemporary music LOL Seriously tho, this is a great body of work from Jones, and I love the features as well! This is definitely a must listen. Rating: 8 out of 10

SABRINA CLAUDIO – CHRISTMAS BLUES

This is a great Xmas album!!! I especially love the title track that features TheWeeknd, and Sabrina’s voice is just so lovely, I can listen to her all day!! Rating: 9 out of 10

Today’s New Music Fridays will be dedicated to my aunt Debbie. She lost her fight with cancer last week #fuckcancer…..My aunt always told me to not only believe in myself, but to believe in my dreams as well. She was such a positive soul who will definitely be missed.

This is a dope project! The production on this project was lit! This album keeps the energy on high, and coming out of Cleveland, Oh with a their own vibe that’s fun!

21 SAVAGE X METRO BOOMIN – SAVAGE MODE 2

My boy 21 Savage is finally back with some heat for the streets!! Of course dope production by the one and only Metro Boomin just equates to a dope street project. If you are not familiar with the first installment of Savage Mode, maybe you need to catch up! I can honestly say that I got what I was expecting off this album. 21 21 21 LOL

BRYSON TILLER – ANNIVERSARY

Bryson Tiller is finally back with his sophomore album that is actually released on the same date as his first project! Bryson’s energy was missed…we need that Trap Soul in our lives!!!

If you are not a fan of those Griselda Boys…I have no idea where you have been at ALL year!! Westside Gunn is back finally dropping his first album, and making sure he gives us all the dope boy /mafia style we have been bumping to thus far! I can see him going far for the vibe Westside Gunn brings is something that’s missed!

THUTMOSE – BEST OF BOTH WORLDS SIDE A

Thutmose made sure to drop his fans an EP to keep us satisfied until he is ready to drop his album which I am hearing will be out very soon!!!

MARIAH CAREY – THE RARITIES

The Queen, The Diva, The Legend, The Voice…the LADY…Mariah Carey is back with a project filled with songs that we have never heard before. I’m talking going back to 1990 to present. Mind you it’s a fresh breath of air to listen to REAL singing coming thru your speakers. Mariah also has a new book that was just released this week as well that I do plan on reading over the weekend. As I get older, I totally appreciate seeing the evolvement of such a talented artist as time goes on.
