Hey y’all!!! I am back and better than ever!!! I usually would’ve made my post by now, but a LAME actually went and got my original Facebook page that I had since 2007 disabled indefinitely. While I am upset that it’s some old pictures I wished I had the chance to save to my Google drive, but overall I am going to look at it as a way to re-brand myself in hopes to get my voice heard!

On to better news….You guys do know the show that I am the co host of #hitormisssundays and on Cinco De Mayo, we had episode #6, with tacos & margaritas!! We also had a lot of dope submissions from female artists who singles are LIT!! I can say that was a first for me to witness since I been affiliated with the show, and episode #6 reached over 3, 000 views!!!!!!! I truly appreciate everyone who have watched or shared the live show!!!

This weeks list of new releases was not too hyped, and I truly blame the death of Nipsey Hussle as to why nothing really LIT has been released. I will find the light at the end of the tunnel to lead you guys to some dope ass music! Rupaul released a nice & dance worthy album that I guarantee will keep you in good spirits. I truly love Rupaul’s vocals on this album…it made me feel as if he was in his 30’s singing LOL PnB Rock returns with a sophomore double album that has a different vibe than the first. I heard that some people was complaining about it, but it’s not bad and I think he will have some dope summer singles off of it too.

Jacob Latimore’s new album is literally a vibe! I listened to his album about 5xs already. OMB Peezy album is nice…I admit that I didn’t expect to much of substance from him so to say that I wasn’t surprised is a damn lie LOL He also has a lot of dope features with one of them being T.I. It’s a new artist from Memphis that is bringing the noise! Imagine a cross between Yung Dolph and a young Yo Gotti….Co Cash project will guarantee that your bass will be thumping while listening to this young artist rip every song, and has a dope feature Lil Yatchy will keep you wanting more!

I HONESTLY DO NOT HAVE TOO MUCH TO SAY REGARDING THIS SENSELESS MURDER. I WANT TO PUT OUT THERE THAT, NIPSEY HUSTLE, WAS NOT LIKE THE MAJORITY OF ARTISTS IN THIS ENTERTAINMENT FIELD. HE WAS SOMEONE WHO NOT ONLY GAVE BACK TO HIS NEIGHBORHOOD, HELPING THE POOR GAIN EMPLOYMENT, CREATING OPPORTUNITIES IN A AREA THAT HAD FEW, HE WAS SOMEONE WHO STAYED TRUE TO HIMSELF & OTHERS.

Hey ya’ll!!! Its that time again to shout out artists who I think are DOPE ARTISTS!!! Usually I make this type of post every other week, but outside from being busy with my regular duties…I had to do some research, and oh when I say that my research found some great people…I did! I am also shouting out some of the artists who were the featured guests on the show I co host “Hit Or Miss Sundays” which I am very happy to do! Even though we are on just episode 3 of season 5, the submissions from artists have truly stepped up! I just figure…why not support them?? Never forget that 216 The Beat is the voice of the unheard!!!!!

JASE IS ORIGINALLY FROM THE 90’S GROUP SOUL 4 REAL WHO THE LEGENDARY OVERWEIGHT LOVER HEAVY D NOT ONLY PRESENTED OUT TO THE WORLD, THEY WERE ALSO PART OF HIS LABEL UPTOWN RECORDS. NOW JASE IS BACK SINGING AND MAKING MOVES IN THE GAME! The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived; Bryson Tiller is taking his talents to the stage for a worldwide tour and is bringing a few special guests along for the ride.

R&B singer/songwriter H.E.R and renowned DJ and producer Metro Boomin will link up with the trap soul artist for his 26 city tour beginning this summer, August 3rd in Atlanta, Georgia.

The singer recently released his True to Self album last week which completely shocked fans.

The “Set It Off” tour will make stops in cities such as Houston, Las Vegas, San Francisco, before ending in his hometown Louisville.

Tickets go on sale Friday, June 2nd.
