Savage x Fenty, Rihanna’s New Lingerie Line

Rihanna lingerie line, Savage x Fenty, will be debuting in 11 days, and will also cater to plus size women too!

I swear anything Rihanna touches turns into gold & adds a level of sophistication that can not be duplicated. Savage x Fenty, Rihanna’s new lingerie line will do just that! The multi platinum selling recording artist is already riding the waves from her successful make up line, Fenty, which debuted in September 2017. The singer announced that the line will be offering women sizes from extra small to 3x. A video ad featuring plus size model, Audrey Ritchie, in the campaign wearing a pale pink bra and underwear set. In the video Ritchie makes references to her “really giant” chest. Peep the video below…

In the video, Ritchie, states “They were double D’s by the time I was in the eighth grade” in reference to growing confident in her own skin.
“I think I feel most sexy in the morning: rolls, stretch marks, cellulite,” she said. “Whichever gender you choose to have sex with, you should be proud and find yourself sexually.”

This new line will be debuting officially on May 11, 2018, and will feature bra sizes ranging from 32A to a 44DD, while underwear sizes come in extra small to 3X. Rihanna will definitely win with this venture for the average woman is a size 16 to 18, which means that its a demand for clothing to fit those sizes. The plus-size women’s clothing industry is valued at $17 billion according to the NDP Group.

Drake Announces New Album

Drake posted a pic of himself wearing a black jacket with the words “Scorpion” written on top and the date “June Twenty Eighteen” written underneath.

📀 JUNE 2018

Hey guys, Im back and better than ever with the most up to date entertainment news with a dab of my perspective! Well, while I was scrolling down my timeline I came across a post Drake made that seems to provide his fans the title of his up coming album and the date of release!

In the picture its Drake wearing an all black varsity type jacket, Drake has his back to the camera so all you can see is the back of the jacket which states “Scorpion” then under it states “June Twenty Eighteen” and lastly ending with “By Drake”.

I am not surprised by this post for Drake has released two singles for which his fans can assume will be featured on a new album. The first single “God’s Plan”, dropped a couple months ago, that documented him traveling around the city of Miami blessing people with the million dollar budget he was supposed to had spent for the video.

Then just almost two weeks ago he dropped another single titled “Nice For What” that gives me that New Orleans bounce feeling, and I swear I heard a Big Freedia sample. What makes the video to this song so special is instead of Drake using the normal formula, women shaking their asses, oh no! Drake was actually celebrating powerful and successful women, for example, Rashida Jones, Olivia Wilde, Tracey Ellis Ross and more.

I do wonder what Drake has planned for this album, which is titled the name of his horoscope, Scorpio. After these two singles, which both provided a message, I have a feeling that the rest of this album will continue with this vibe. What ever has inspired Drake to come thru with such positive images during this time of the “Me Too” movement and women big ups lately, provides his fans with a refreshing sound, but still worthy to be played in the club type of music.

Getting To Know Annie-O

I had the great oppurtunity to interview up and coming artist, Annie-O last week!

I had the pleasure of getting to interview Camp Loyalty artist, Annie-O,a rapper hailing from Detroit, but has now made Atlanta her new home. At 26, Annie-O is not just your typical female rapper, she also is experienced in music production, videography, and audio engineering for other independent artists as well as for herself.
An artist who is a May birthday like me, and sounds very confident & takes her career very seriously. So serious that she migrated to Atlanta, a city known for providing way more oppurtunities for furthering music careers.

Annie-O, who in her spare time finds fullfillment in giving back to the community, has two hot singles out. I got to speak on Annie-O regarding her single “By Myself” produce by Dre Beatz. Annie-O, short for Annie Oakley, raps about the fact of learning that in life you find that its best to do things by yourself and for yourself. I know that is a topic that i know so well, and Annie-O stated that she had to learn to learn that lesson too! Once the lesson was learned the artist admits that life has been moving in a positive direction which that can be an empowering message all women.

Last Sunday, Annie-O, was a featured guest on one of the stations shows, Hit Or Miss. We got to feature her other hot single called, “GBM”, produced by Kongo Beats shows the more raw version of her. GBM which stands for Gangsta Bitch Music, shows the reason why Annie-O will be a household name one day.

Persistence & consistency is the key to success & Annie-O is on the goal to make this happen. Annie has said “I want to be considered the rose that grew from concrete, that one who made it against all odds and after everyone said I was just a typical female rapper, I really have no limits. I want to take this as far as life will allow. The grind to be the greatest is never over”. Annie-O stated that she has alot of great things to be looking forward to in 2018, and wants all of her fans to stay tuned!

Dennis Edwards was the lead singer for the Temptations during the height of their career during the 1960s & 1970s.

His first release was 1984’s Don’t Look Any Further had reached number 2 on the Black LP charts, which is now known as the Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums list. Edwards followed up with “(You’re My)Aphrodisiac” that climbed to number 15 on Black singles, which is todays Top R&B/Hip Hop songs. Edwards followed up with a LP the year after called, Coolin’ Out.  Even that album reached number 36 on the charts!
Edwards Rejoined the Temptations in the 1980s and was inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame as a group member in 1989. A post shared by KING CONTENT (@oggizery_june) on

According to Complex, as of Monday, Culture 2 sessions had wrapped up and tracks have been forwarded for mixing. No mention of the track list yet, but we can assume that “Motorsport” featuring Nicki Minaj & Cardi B, and the new club single produced by Pharrell “Stir Fry” will be included on the album.

As for who will be producing the album we will have to wait patiently for that until then Quavo did deny rumors of Kanye West being a guest producer. Well, I am so proud of the Migos, they also are nominated for “Best Rap Album of The Year” catagory for the 2018 60th Grammy awards which will airing live on January 28th at 7:30pm eastern. I also had the pleasure of interviewing hot producer Cash Clay Beats in December regarding being Grammy nominated for his contribution to the album on the single “Kelly Price“.

Make sure to keep up with the station blog to watch out for Culture 2 updates!!!

21 Savage & Metro Boomin Collab “Pause” Surfaces Online

21 Savage and Metro Boomin collab “Pause” surfaced online yesterday!

Well….back in 2015, 21 Savage premiered a snippet of the song “Pause” on his Instagram page for we thought back then the song was going to be included on his and Metro Boomin collab album “Savage Mode”, but unfortunately it was not included. Thankfully, World Star Hip Hop decided to post the full version of the song yesterday on its website. I can expect all 21 Savage fans to be excited about this leak due to him sounding like the old Savage fans got know prior to his superstar status. I think it will be another hit for the “Bank Account” rapper who also recently did a collab album with OffSet & Metro Boomin called “Without Warning” back in October 2017. Click here to read more!
